Vidam is a Berlin-based visual artist and illustrator, painting crazy characters in funny scenes with a distinct, colourful aesthetic with sharp angles and straight lines.
Always drawing in his young years, Vidam studied graphic design in Berlin, where he met graffiti artists and fell into a world exploring abandoned buildings, developing his spraypaint skills and ultimately creating the artistic life that he lives today.
After some 18 years, Vidam has done just about everything. He's exhibited around the world, run his own design agency, painted murals all over and started minting his first NFTs.
Interestingly, though, unlike many of the people I talk to, Vidam is not so sold on the art NFT concept. He'd choose a print from his favourite artists any day, and after minting a few of his own NFTs, he's more interested in the utilities of NFTs rather than NFTs as art.
