This is a tricky one, and spoiler alert, there's really no way to give a clear answer. As you probably know, everything on the blockchain is transparent. Where you set your pricing at the start will be visible forever in the future. What's more, with all the possibilities of NFTs, price is but one factor in actually selling NFTs. Strategy is important.
